How to phrase edits so they apply
To delete something, quote the exact line from the draft above — copy-paste is best — and say "remove this." The closer to the report's wording, the more reliably it's removed.
To change a few words inside a sentence (e.g. drop "(endothall)" from "Aquathol K (endothall)"), say "change 'Aquathol K (endothall)' to 'Aquathol K'" — the engine deletes whole bullets/sentences, not fragments inside a line.
To add something, describe it and, if placement matters, name where (e.g. "add a note under the Disclaimer that…").
After each revision, check for a yellow "could not be applied" banner. It means the wording didn't match — re-quote the line exactly as it appears in the draft above and re-run.

Revision History
Quote exact lines from the draft when removing or changing text. After each revision, check for a yellow "could not be applied" banner. Each round is stored for continuous improvement; revise as many times as needed before approving.
These rules were proposed automatically from operator review comments. Nothing here affects a report until you Approve it. Approving applies the rule to matching future reports; rejecting discards it. You can edit the wording before approving.
